Voter Registration Reminders from the Recorder’s Office
Update Your Information Before October 7th to be Eligible
The Recorder’s Office wants to remind voters of the upcoming General Election on November 8th. To be eligible to vote, you must be registered and have your information up to date. The deadline to register or update your information is October 7th.
Check Your Registration Status
You can check your registration status online at the California Secretary of State's website. You will need to provide your name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number.
Register to Vote or Update Your Information
If you are not registered to vote or need to update your information, you can do so online, by mail, or in person. To register online, visit the California Secretary of State's website. To register by mail, you can download a voter registration form from the Secretary of State's website or pick one up at your local library or post office. To register in person, you can visit your county elections office.

- November 8th: General Election
