Elon Musk Drops 'RIP Harambe' Song on SoundCloud

Tragic Incident Inspires Musical Tribute

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has released a song on SoundCloud titled 'RIP Harambe' as a tribute to the gorilla who was shot and killed at the Cincinnati Zoo in 2016.

The song, which features heavily auto-tuned vocals, has garnered attention online and drawn inspiration from the tragic incident that sparked a viral movement and countless memes.

Musk announced the release of the song to his 25 million Twitter followers on Saturday morning, writing: "RIP Harambe. My new song. My first ever rap song." However, he later expressed disappointment that his record label, which he referred to as "faux," had failed him.

The song's chorus repeats the phrase "RIP Harambe" and references sipping on Bombay and being on the way to Heaven. The verses express the longing for Harambe and the desire to be reunited with him.
